My glands are so swollen that either way I turn my head I can feel them putting pressure on my carotid artery. My throat is so sore that it hurts to open my mouth, but I have to open my mouth to breathe because, although I do not have a stuffy nose, breathing through my nose doesn't allow enough oxygen because my tonsils/throat are so huge. I don't know if I can take my pills this morning which will really suck because then on top of being horrifically ill I'll feel horrifically paranoid and indecisive. I'm very tired, but every time I lay down to go to sleep I can never fall asleep because I can't get comfortable because everything hurts. Luckily I'll go to the doctor's office today, where I will wait for 45 minutes in the sick waiting room so I'll get every other germ out there and then I'll finally get called into an exam room, where I will wait for 45 more minutes and listen to crying children and 7 year old boys puke. I feel like shit and have never felt this horrible and I think if I felt any worse I would shrivel up and die because this is awful and I want to go to sleep
